Close to the 20th century, the education scenario underwent a change. A welcome one at that. Stress on efficiency by companies and a global influence across sectors has led the new generation to realise that there could be alternatives or more choices for higher education. The perception about getting a graduation degree or a post-graduation degree has changed. More options are being explored. Alternate education avenues are being looked at and accepted. What today’s generation is looking for is to learn a curriculum that would give them an edge in this competitive corporate scenario.Hence most of today’s further studies courses concentrate not only on theory but lay a huge emphasis on completion of projects, internships and then placements. All these slant to gaining that valuable work experience that prepare students to drive results of the highest level in whichever career they take up.
