As summer hazily rolls into fall, Sacramento arts organizations begin to prep for their season kick-offs. One organization, the Arts and Business Council of Sacramento (SacABC) (Disclaimer: I’m on the Board of Directors for this small non-profit), will celebrate arts in the Sacramento region next month during its annual awards celebration.
