   BAIT AND SWITCH GOLF MARKETING/ADVERTISING

   Bait and switch golf marketing/advertising is the advertising of a golf product and/or golf service at an unusually low price (bait) with an intention to switch the golfer to a higher priced golf product and/or golf service when the golfer comes into the golf club or pro-shop to buy the advertised golf product and/or golf service. This practice is illegal if golfers find it difficult or impossible to buy the advertised golf product and/or golf service.
