This month's beneficiary of the Winnsboro Merchants Shopping Cart Drill Team is area children. They are requesting donations of new or (cleaned) gently used coats for children of all ages. The coats will be collected on behalf of the North East Texas Child Advocacy Center - www.netcac.com - which will distribute to children in need.
