Description:
I have been using QuickBooks Pro since 2000. After that I changed to 2015 version of QuickBooks. I created a local backup of the important files of my company data and performed the “upgrade” that QuickBooks kept bugging me to perform. After that by evening I went to open my company file, and QuickBooks crashed with an “unrecoverable error”. Then I tried restoring from the local backup I kept, but unfortunately even that crashed. I tried opening older files but even that crashed.
Seeing the amusing situation my mind was stunned that what was happening, rather to look for the solution I was looking for the origination of the problem. It took my precious time; looking to the time it was impossible for me to wait a single moment. I was being impatient to search the data backup solution, to recover the file.
Looking for the solution I went to service helpdesk of QuickBooks. There I explained them the issue, and I was waiting for the genius to resolve the issue. The expert at QuickBooks service center opened the official website www.quickbooks.com for troubleshooting procedures and I got complete QuickBooks support helping me to fix QuickBooks problems and errors.
Within some time he provided me the backup of the local files I had saved, and told me to wait for a day or two to get a call back from Intuit QuickBooks support center for online help done remotely. I was satisfied at that time that at least I regained the important data. But for the further process I had to wait for QuickBooks helpline call.
Next day the call rung and I picked the phone, the expert suggested me how to take backup of the valuable data even with downloading of a new package. The expert suggested me that if any further problem arises then I can call on the toll-free number and get the problem resolved.
