Home sales were up by 38.77% in Salt Lake City Real Estate this year compared with November of last year when just 199 residential homes in Salt Lake City sold. As reported by the MLS, there were around 325 homes sold in Utah real estate market.
It can be largely attributed that the large increase in home sales has something to do with the effect of scheduled expirationof the firts time buyer tax credit. As extended, a lot of people have been purchasing homes for sale in Salt Lake City Real Estate just to beat the expiration and where they can benefit a lot in terms of home buying and selling.
