   Mixed-use development a convenient lifestyle

   Imagine waking up in the morning showering and dressing for work, and then instead of driving your car through rush-hour you simply walk across the street. Perhaps after work you want to go see a movie see across street again only this time you turn the corner to the movie theater. As you walk out of the theater you realize you forgot to pick up milk, so you walk to the store and get the milk and go home. Does this sound like one convenient fantasy?
