   THE OVERVIEW OF THE ATHLETE TAPE

   The athlete tape when applied to the injured joint usually restricts the movement of the joint. It reduces the inflammation and provides support. The tape is basically used for reducing the pain and help in the recovering from the injuries. The injuries result from the overuse of misuse of the muscles. When the tape is applied on the skin it lifts the skin and creates some space between the muscles and the skin.
